Please complete the attached press or study trip application form and return it to us as soon as possible. This form will help to give us some idea about your request and basic intentions concerning your trip. The forms are available for download in PDF format at the bottom of the page.

Please understand that we are sadly not able to cover the expenses of your arrival like flight, train ride or fare expenses of any kind. Moreover, please note that we are not able to assume expenses for accompanying private persons during your trip.

Further, please note that we need to receive your application at least four weeks in advance in order to ensure problem-free handling and performance of your press or study trip. Finally, please note that we are not able to offer you any free or reduced-price accommodation if you have planned your trip to coincide with major trade fairs taking place in Frankfurt.
