General terms and conditions of delivery and shipping for tickets and touristic services

1.   Delivery

Delivery is carried out within five (5) workdays (Monday through Friday) after having placed a payment order to PayPal or the executing financial institution, respectively after succesfully having charged the credit card used for payment.

2.   Charges

A service charge of three (3) Euro per booking applies for ordering Frankfurt Cards by mail order.

When ordering Frankfurt Cards as print-at-home tickets a service charge of one (1) Euro per Frankfurt Card applies.

A service charge of five (5) Euro per order applies for ordering souvenirs.
