Our service teams in the tourist information offices are happy to answer any and all of your questions regarding Frankfurt and barrier-free movement within the city.

Tourist Information Office Main Train Station
The tourist information office is entirely stepless and a lowered service counter is available for wheelchair users. Blind visitors are guided by a tactile paving system.  An audio induction system is available for those wearing a hearing aid.

Tourist Information Office Römer
A door bell installed at the entrance of the tourist information office offers immediate access to wheelchair users. In the interior rooms, a tactile city map offers blind and vision-impaired visitors a first impression of Frankfurt. A tactile paving system can be used for guidance and an audio induction system is available as well.
